Progression Criteria
Once accepted as a B.S. Nursing major, students are required to achieve a ‘C+’ or better in all nursing courses and maintain a GPA of 2.33. Students may only repeat one NURS course.
Students may only withdraw once from one course.
Students will not progress to the next level of the program if they do not meet the above criteria.

*Per New York State Education Department requirements, all students enrolled in a Bachelor of Science program must successfully complete 60 credits of Liberal Arts and Sciences coursework. If needed, students should use Open Elective credits to fulfill these requirements, beyond their General Education courses, and look for courses with the “LA” attribute when registering.

Progression Criteria

Students must maintain an overall 2.0 GPA in general education courses and a 2.33 GPA for Nursing courses.
Students are permitted to repeat one prerequisite course and one NURS course. Students may withdraw from one NURS course only once while in the program.
