Description
This course is designed to introduce the human being as a biological organism with special emphasis on neural and hormonal interactions in the initiation and maintenance of behavior. A study of the structure and functional organization of the brain as well as the effect of drugs on behavior will be discussed in relation to learning, language, motivation, therapy, and other human systems and behaviors.
