Description

This course will emphasize applying knowledge of anatomy and physiology to the design of and application to appropriate strength and conditioning programs. Emphasis will be placed on assessment, needs analyses, and designing weight training programs to enhance performance variables. The course will further your knowledge of exercise technique and the ability to instruct others appropriately. Upon completion of this course students will be prepared to sit for the NSCA CSCS certification.
