The program blends business, psychology and sociology courses in a manner that allows the student to examine how organizations function, plan and lead. The 39-credit major builds on existing credits that allows students to move from one course to another in a month-by-month method, getting you to graduation faster. The thirteen required courses combine business strategy, organizational behavior, leadership theory, and workplace psychology from instructors with real practical experience and contacts who provide students with a template for how businesses operate. Work at your own pace and take advantage of a program that will tap practical business needs.
